By creating an account or using Product Passport (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the product information, documents, and other content you add to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for how you choose to share it.

When you share a product passport, the recipient must accept the access agreement you configure before any information is shown. You are responsible for deciding what to disclose and to whom. We are the platform that delivers the information; we are not a party to the commercial relationship between you and your recipients.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the Service, uploading unlawful or infringing material, or using it to send unsolicited communications.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
