We collect the information you provide when you create an account (such as your name and email address), the product information and documents you add, and the details recorded when someone signs an access agreement to view a shared passport (name, email, IP address, and timestamp).

We use your information to provide and secure the Service: to authenticate you, store and display your product data, deliver shared passports, keep an audit trail of signatures, and respond to support and contact requests.

Passwords are hashed, sessions are stored as hashes rather than raw tokens, and sensitive supplier and broker contact details are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the platform — for example, hosting, object storage, and email delivery — who process data only on our behalf. Information you deliberately share via a passport link is disclosed to the recipients you choose.

We retain your account and product data for as long as your account is active. Signature records are retained as an audit trail. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
